Lead and participate in full range of retirement consulting projects. Identify and participate in new business development opportunities. Make presentations to clients and prospects on a regular basis. Effectively manage client relationships, as well as projects and team members to meet and exceed client expectations. Act as a mentor and role model for junior associates. Provide leadership for new retirement and cross-practice initiatives.
