We are searching for a Retail Director of Sales to develop and implement selling strategies and tactics to ensure volume and profit objectives are exceeded for the west region. This Director is responsible for exceeding retail sales volume objectives and managing a large team of direct and indirect reports. This position implements company initiatives within assigned customers to increase marketplace objectives and ensures the company remains a leader within the organizations industry sector.
