Provide leadership for the retail channel customer sales operations team and drive process excellence in support of providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners. Support all areas of our retail operations; including external customer interfacing, customer set-ups, order management, inventory management, order allocation and shipment from our distribution partners (3PLs), 3PL planning, demand forecasting.
