Maintain active business development effort through prospect calling, referral source cultivation and community involvement. Manage current loan-deposit portfolio in an effort to retain existing business and expand the portfolio. Negotiate loan requests with clients. Prepare credit underwriting packages and be able to justify the credit and support the proposed loan structure to senior management. Monitor loan portfolio and maintain the credit quality standards.
