We are looking for the old fashioned Relationship Bankers That can take care of business clients and also grow the portfolio. Must have current client base in the above target areas, and existing book of business. Residential or mortgage brokers are not qualified for these positions. Senior positions need to know how to manage staff and be a Team Leader. Compensation and title depends on experience, book of business, formal and informal bank and credit training and other factors.
