Job Description:
Direct a geographically dispersed group of field salespeople who focus on large opportunities (over $50,000).
Partner with Marketing Dept. to communicate field marketing requirements. Ensure an understanding of region market change and opportunities.
Active coaching with each member of the region group.
Direct customer interface with field to close large volume deals.
Provide training both in consultative selling and product knowledge.
