This is an individual contributor role where Regional Sales Managers are to be highly skilled sales professionals that use a consultative selling approach to communicate our solutions with clients. Our award winning solutions are designed to address business problems arising from the demands of Talent Management for companies ranging from 3,000 to 50,000+ employees. RSMs identify business issues (pain) and transform business problems into proposals that address these talent management issues and concerns.
