In this position, the individual will manage the sales team in Taiwan to achieve the annual sales targets as well as search train and support the distributors or reps to achieve their annual targets. The individual will penetrate and manage strategic big OEM/ODM accounts and work closely with the product marketing, FAE and sales operational department at different locations to meet the customers requirement.
