Job Description:
Responsible for leading a multi-functional team of Client Sales Executives, Customer Improvement Engineers, Inside Sales and other key personnel to profitably grow the business in the assigned region. Selects Key and Managed Accounts and manages the success of the assigned team through focus on Customer Satisfaction. Coordinates with the Customer Acquisition Team and the Channel Management team to target growth in new customers served directly or through the Channel. Sets clear metrics and manages the company approved incentive program.
