Developing District Managers by conducting the annual performance plan process, quarterly coaching trips with documented 90-day goals, informal coaching, and training as required to assure appropriate skills and knowledge for the District Managers. Hiring sales and service staff for the region to assure appropriate levels of sales and service coverage.
