Will direct the company's sales and marketing activities with the sales organization and with the customer. Will manage the hiring, training, development and growth of the company's sales organization. Manage, Recruit, train and motivate a high performing sales team. Analysis of data to develop and implement regional strategies, respond to market changes, establish goals and tactics. Work with marketing organization to develop product marketing plans and successful implementation on a national basis.
