While part of the role will be an overlay with the substantial number of reps in place in the company's three regions that you'll be covering you'll also be expected to continue hunting for deals that you can bring to the table yourself. The reps have a full plate so depending on them for mindshare could be a prescription for failure and the person we want in this role doesn't wait for things to happen - they make things happen.
