The Director of Regional Sales (DRS) is accountable to increase the prearranged funeral (PAF) insurance sales for assigned territories to achieve sales goals. This will be achieved by utilizing an annual planning and quarterly review process. The DRS will work with the territory management of SCI, including the Market Directors, Market Managers, and Sales Managers to develop a formal business plan for each territory.
