Job Description:
Staff, organize and direct regional sales staff. Responsibilities include selecting new staff, developing existing staff, establishing performance standards for and evaluating performance of staff and recommending personnel actions (promotions, terminations, salary actions, etc.) Develop a plan for servicing the account base in the region and organize the sales force to provide the required coverage and to generate the desired sales results. Develop and utilize market research and competitive data to continually assess the staffing level and organization.
