Manages the activities of the commercial operations managers. Provide training plan, mentor them to meet sales volume targets. Calls & visits the dealerships in the assigned area. Work with dealership on obtaining wholesale and retail objectives for commercial (light truck) product line. Meet with dealer principal and/or general manager on every visit. Responsible for the commercial (light truck) market representation activities including the appointment of new commercial dealers.
