The Principal Urban Planner will have the responsibility for winning new urban planning work and for new business development. He/She will have a strong reputation with major clients and knowledge of market opportunities in the DC area and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition he/she will coordinate with the group and office leaders regarding marketing budgets, goal setting, staffing, recruiting, and project coordination.
