Develop and determine the best execution for loan sales and the profitability for each sale loan. Assist in hedging, recommending, or buying options to cover positions. Determine and monitor fallout ratios for the fixed rate portfolio. Manage quality control to ensure that loans are underwritten and documented according to investor guidelines. Report weekly to senior management on the status of the pipeline, making recommendations and advising management of critical issues.
