The Engagement Manager will initially be assigned to a single large client, focused on building strategic partnerships with the client and industry teams. Develop and plan the approach and objectives for the Organizational Change Management delivery and as appropriate, lead a team of consultants, offering broad expertise, insight and credibility in the OCM domain. Have ownership and accountability for the successful execution of engagements with Withe firm's clients.
