This person will be responsible for presenting model homes to prospective customers, explaining features and benefits of homes, demonstrating homes, and quoting pricing proposals. The person will also be following up with prospective buyers, executing contracts and assisting customers through the selection and construction process. Other responsibilities will be to generate basic sales and traffic reports, follow up with realtors and lenders to generate contracts, attend monthly sales meetings, maintain condition of model homes and other miscellaneous tasks.
