We are considering candidates that have had at least 8 years experience in sales and sales management with at least 2 years experience managing a sales force at the regional level. The right candidate will be a consultative sales person and sales leader, patient and able to coach their team while at the same time know when to be impatient with under- performance and demand improvement. While not a micro-manager, our next leader must be intimately involved with their peoples efforts to ensure they are on track to meet company goals.
