The National Account Manager is responsible for building relationships and controlling budgets, producing sales volume and profitability, and determining manpower requirements and managing sales staff and insuring adherence to company policies. They are also responsible for the profit contribution and sales volume goals established by superiors and for developing plans to increase sales and profitability for accounts that are National in scope and make national purchasing decisions.
