Job Description:
Speaking with multiple contacts within each organization to fully understand the client's needs and any problems they might be facing. Proposing solutions in a way that shows the impact that they will have on the client's measure of success, rather than internal performance metrics. Meeting with key decision makers, including the C suite, Vice Presidents of HR, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, Technology and Operations), in order to understand how talent acquisition and recruitment practices impact the top line.
