Provide overall guidance on management of his/her accounts. Develop and execute a sales and service strategy by developing new, and expanding on existing relationships. The incumbent will also contribute to marketing and sales projects/strategies in other areas where and when expertise is needed. This position will be responsible for the service delivery to his/her customers and also ensures that defined contractual requirements and performance guarantees are adhered to.
