Manage multiple support staff and independent contractors/ vendors in territory. Develop annual plan for staffing the workplace. Hire, supervise, evaluate and, if necessary dismiss staff members in accordance with local applicable laws. Oversee workplace operations, including holding staff meetings and retreats and working with staff to maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
