This role will be primarily responsible for assessing training needs and proactively addressing organizational development opportunities for the field sales in the areas of advanced sales training, specialty sales training. This would include training for clinical information around cardiovascular disease and other related diseases, hospital selling; Managed Care/Government Account and other larger account-based selling.
