Responsible for the overall retail sales operations and performance of the region. Responsible for optimizing the performance of the region retail inventory. Provides direction of the day-to-day retail sales operation of the Region, District and Branch locations. Manages employee issues for purchasing, distribution/warehouse, advertising, retail sales and store support. Implements plans, policies, and procedures to achieve overall corporate objectives and insure profitability.
