The Training Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of Training initiatives that contribute to the success of the Oncology / Institutional Care Team's Sales Organization. These responsibilities include ensuring all new and existing oncology sales personnel have the knowledge and skills they need to effectively sell oncology products and support strategic oncology business goals. This person must be proficient in their ability to train and develop others.
