Major Account Executives focus on improving our customers top and bottom lines in top 2000 employers nationwide through expanding current relationships while also selling to new decision makers within accounts. Our key decision makers include the C suite, Vice Presidents of HR, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, Technology and Operations) where having the right talent matters to the top line. MAEs have the opportunity to positively impact companies recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, by analyzing gaps in human capital performance and then developing and managing solutions to close those gaps. MAEs learn how each customer makes money and the impact of turnover, C players, and open positions on the customer's business.
