The Location Manager (LM) will lead a team of 5 - 8 inside and outside sales representatives to aggressively prospect and drive new sales within large end users and contractors within the local area. This position will provide tactical and strategic leadership for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The LM will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills within the organization. The LM will have responsibility for the location meeting its expense and revenue plan.
