We are searching for a Learning & Development Associate Partner. The incumbent will provide solutions, sell, lead pursuits, and deliver Learning transformation consulting services. The incumbent is responsible for practice utilization, career management and guidance, skills development and training plans. The incumbent will interact and develop relationships with senior-level clients and our customers' executives. The incumbent will also help develop the Learning practice and provide thought leadership. Preferred candidates will have a minimum 10 years consulting experience leading complex Learning sales and delivery efforts.
