International Sr. Managers will have regional geographic responsibility for developing and driving growth and profitability strategy. They will lead a cross-functional team to implement that strategy in their respective regions. They will have direct Sales, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Leadership Development responsibility and will ensure that each market in their region meets these goals by developing and implementing regional strategies to increase revenue, control costs, motivate existing leaders, and identify and develop future leaders.
