The Insides Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of experienced, phone-based salespeople to prospect target accounts and set up appointments on behalf of the Field Sales representatives. The Inside Sales team is campaign-driven and works closely with the Marketing team. Currently, Inside Sales reps do not have revenue responsibility, but their success is a critical component in driving the overall sales pipeline.
