Job Description:
The Army Sales Manager is primarily responsible and accountable for driving their portion of the Company's revenue objectives and providing leadership for the sales team. The Sales Manager develops a business plan that includes staffing, resources, coverage, alignment and forecasting. The Sales Manager is responsible for goaling, development and execution of sales plans, assignment of territories and accounts to Sales Representatives, participates in key negotiations and deals with resolution of Customer problems.
