A minimum of two years of top performing DM/DSM Management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, laboratory or biotech industries is required. Prior key account, acute care, hospital, health systems or managed care experience is required. Hematology, Cardiology, Vascular or Neurology experience is a plus. One must possess the demonstrated the ability to lead, coach, counsel, develop, motivate and drive performance in a hospital selling environment.
