You'll be travelling roughly 15% of your working time. In this job, you'll serve as the first point of contact for the customer. You'll manage all activities related to implementation for the client, including: identifying the client's business and reporting needs, documenting client business requirements, as well as managing each account and relationship to the absolute satisfaction of the customer.
