Set a strategy and course for the company's distribution-side partnerships, including those from internal/private label partners and third-party affiliate networks. Work with partners to grow sales volume by conducting performance analyzes, consultatively presenting growth programs, and troubleshooting issues; own responsibility for both partner performance and relationships. Manage and grow performance of existing affiliate relationships, including leading names in retail, etail, OEM, and call center.
