The Group Sales Manager is responsible for developing leads and evaluating, soliciting, and confirming business to meet overall budgeted sales and profitability in accordance with the hotel marketing plan. They will assist in developing plans to increase sales volume and profit in the assigned job market and establish strong customer relations to ensure repeat business. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that group bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied; negotiating with clients and achieving maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying clients needs.
