Primarily responsible for sales with oversight responsibility for the operations of an executive suites center. This includes the marketing, pipeline development, fiscal accountability (collections), operations, profitability, appearance and success of the center. Accountable for achieving and maintaining center sales goals and profitable occupancy rates to meet marketing and financial objectives.
