To create and execute a branch sales plan to achieve branch growth and sales goals. This is the branch's primary sales associate, who manages, coaches and monitors the sales activities of branch associates while building partnerships with business and commercial bankers and bank representatives from other lines of business. The FSM is accountable for achieving specified individual goals, through a substantial volume of outside sales calls, and overall branch team goals.
