The HRO Sales Executive is responsible for the sales of HR Outsourcing ancillary services (e.g. spending account services, compliance services etc.) The Sales Executive creates external demand for ancillary services with existing clients and prospects and positions Hewitt to win the work. This role coordinates selling efforts with the client team, the Account Executive, and the service delivery and domain team and operates at all organizational levels where the ancillary services are purchased and influenced.
