The goal of the Engagement Director is to help establish the product as the leading provider of end-to-end strategic, operational, and technology solutions in knowledge and content management. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in supporting all aspects of the business, including developing and maintaining client relationships, selling new consulting projects, recruiting and selection, and providing expertise across the consulting engagements.
