You are responsible for turning a product and technically oriented organization into an innovative therapy sales organization. You educate the whole sales organization (internal and external), implement very strong sales programs dedicated to clinicians as final users and you help to establish an intelligent internal service. Further you have to develop sales volumes working in close relationship with the Medical Director and the Global Marketing Manager.
