Potential managers should have a wound and skin care sales experience, specifically in wounds, skin, and tissue management. Secondary experience includes surgical dressings, wound closure sales experience. Medical device sales/distribution experience is also important. Candidate should have strong leadership/ management skills, be an excellent communicator, have an understanding of P&L, and have experience in office or branch management.
