As Division Director, you'll own the retail experience, the bottom line, and everything in between. Working directly with a leadership team of Market Managers that you coach and strengthen, your mission is to carry out corporate strategy with a sense of urgency. Your guidance will ensure that our merchandising and marketing plans are consistently executed across all retail locations in your Division. During your location visits, you'll put your assessment skills to work monitoring everything from operations to sales to customer service.
