Annual business planning, revenue and/or operational expense targets. Manpower planning and utilization, business development goals, manages the department/division budget and may have profit and loss responsibilities. Ensures budgets and schedules meet company and customer requirements.
Establishes short and medium range objectives and delegates assignments to lower level managers, with review and assessment as needed. Has business development responsibilities for the division and business unit.
