This is a key market leadership position that manages the activities and execution of the sales channels - both in the retail stores as well as the indirect channel. The primary function is to balance customer growth, cost, customer attrition and market conditions with the overall corporate distribution strategy. Additionally by working directly with Store Managers and Indirect Account Executives the focus is channel productivity and customer satisfaction.
