To effectively manage and coach all field sales and key account associates, including indirect sales channels, responsible for generating sales for the High End Lab Business Unit. Develop goals and objectives that are in alignment with company goals and objectives. Plan, approve, monitor, and meet an annual Sales plan and budget. Promote and support corporate initiatives, plans, policies, by example and through direct action.
