You will manage 3 Regional Managers directly who in turns manages the 20+ branches. Take charge of the $30-40 million portfolio! You will be asked to oversee the selection and training of the branch personnel, which will include hiring, performance evaluation, and retention. You will set and define performance expectations for the staff, and train, motivate, and encourage their professional growth.
