The successful candidate will have previous experience managing both sales channels and a direct sales force, in the electronics/capital equipment areas. Ability to work with C level managers to identify new business needs, and demonstrable experience in solutions selling. Ability to build a highly effective sales team, including training, mentoring, recruiting, etc.
