The Director of Business Development will drive the development of Specialty Products business strategy as well as drive a closed loop process to ensure that action plans are in place to operationalize the strategy. A key element of the Division's strategy is acquisitions and partnerships; this leader will develop business case and partnership options while partnering with the M&A team to support this strategy.
